Building a skilled team from overseas: how we helped Polymer Processing get there

Ken Johns is the manager and director of Polymer Processing, based in Papakura, Auckland. Like many manufacturers, his business depends on skilled labour that is not always easy to find locally. Recruiting overseas was the answer, but managing the immigration side of that process was taking more of his time than he could afford to give it.
