Immigration information: Such as immigration history, Police clearances, visa decision history, border or visa refusal for any country, character and health information.
Health Information: Such as medical records, specialist medical reports, medication information.
Employment Information: Such as employee details, employment references, qualifications, employer details, remuneration information, dates of employment and positions held.
Financial Information: Such as personal information contained in financial records, bank statements, company documentation, tax returns.
Third Person Information: Such as children's names, parent's names, partner's names, immediate family details, employers’ details and sponsors (when sharing this information with us, please ensure that you obtain the relevant individual's consent and inform them of this Privacy Policy).

Where we are providing you with Services, personal information may be deleted after 7 years from the date your file was closed in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Immigration Advisers Authority.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to and correction of personal information. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information, but if you choose to withhold any requested information, we may not be able to provide you with some or all our Services.
